Manager Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:
  • You steer various internal and external strategic core projects (planning, implementation, monitoring, and review) including leading project members and subordinate teams from a professional and team-oriented point of view.
  • You take over the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of digital marketing strategies for national and international clients considering their overall strategy.
  • You manage core activities such as workshops, meetings, research, business analysis, and process development for both internal and external projects.
  • You act as a professional lead and provide extensive management support during the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of customer pitches and customer projects.
  • You contribute to the creation of customer reports.
  • You are the main touchpoint for both internal and external stakeholders, including communication and decision-taking.
  • You monitor compliance topics with budget, timelines, and customer needs.
  • You give guidance and input in the acquisition of new customers.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with team members from different departments.
  • You act as a mentor and support career development for your team members.
What we require:
  • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, marketing or a related discipline.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience with a focus on (digital) strategy or digital marketing - additional qualifications are a plus. 
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for technology, combined with a creative mind. 
  • You demonstrate very good Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work. 
  • You are fluent in German and English.
