What we look for:

• You create and prepare annual financial statements for OMMAX and its subsidiaries.
• You continuously develop finance processes and clarify accounting issues (HGB and taxes).
• You set up a transfer pricing model for foreign subsidiaries (mainly UK).
• You provide (technical) support of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting, as well as invoice verification and account reconciliation (Germany, UK, and other subsidiaries).
• You create and introduce policies and guidelines.
• You manage the procurement area with a focus on price negotiations and procurement planning.
• You introduce and integrate procurement processes as well as prepare and create tenders in the organization.
• You collaborate on specialist topics and projects.

What we require:

• You have successfully competed an accounting apprenticeship or hold a university degree with excellent grades in accounting, business and tax law, or a related discipline. 
• You have gained work experience in accounting or auditing (Training as a tax consultant is a plus).
• You possess extensive experience in (strategic) purchasing.
• You demonstrate  good knowledge of the preparation of annual financial statements of corporations.
• Your knowledge of UK law and accounting is a plus.
• You show very good Microsoft Office and DATEV skills.
• You show an independent, proactive, and reliable way of working.
• You are a communicative team player with a passion for work.
• You speak German and, ideally, English fluently.
