What we look for:

• You conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth and analyse competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed and make strategic recommendations.
• You collaborate with the Partner Digital Transformation to define short and long term business objectives and support on the implementation of business development strategies in line with the company's overall objectives.
• You identify and pursue new business opportunities through client prospecting and networking as well as develop effective lead generation campaigns.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders and act as primary point of contact for clients.
• You collaborate with other teams to prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients tailored to their needs.
• You work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical strategy, systems integration, architecture, and execution teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• You track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development initiatives and provide regular reports to the management team on progress and areas for improvement.

What we require:

• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA are a plus).
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in strategy consulting, business development, sales, or a related area.
• You have a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for technologies, market dynamics, and business strategy.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• You display a result- and service-oriented work approach with a focus on successful target achievement.
• You are fluent in English and German.
