What we look for:

• You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation process in Salesforce, including planning, execution and empowerment for our clients.  
• You develop and implement target group-specific and data-driven marketing, sales, and service strategies, working closely with other experts on our team.  
• You collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with organisational goals and strategies.
• You foster effective communication between project teams and senior management, sharing project-related information, reports, and updates.  
• You drive marketing automation for our international and national clients.

What we require:

• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).  
• You have at least 3 years of relevant Salesforce work experience for the senior role.
• You take ownership for your work and your personal development. 
• You are willing to take on new projects and grow every day.   
• You possess high analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working.
• You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality combined with a strong assertiveness and interest in digitalisation. 
• You are fluent in English and, ideally, German.
