What we look for:
  • You are part of our People & Culture team and are involved in all topics along the entire recruiting funnel and applicant cycle as well as the employee life cycle.
  • You are involved in the areas of onboarding, employer branding, university marketing, training & development, etc.
  • You take responsibility of identifying and conducting direct approaches of potentially suitable candidates for all business units at OMMAX via the LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You communicate with interested candidates and conduct initial interviews.  
  • You conduct research and gather market intelligence to support target group specific recruitment strategies and apply them proactively.  
  • You create various reports and statistics as a basis for decision-making.
  • You continuously develop the active sourcing area at OMMAX.
  • You work closely with our Strategy and Expert teams and our HR team.
  • You are involved in day-to-day business (e.g., organizing trainings, technical onboarding of employees, etc.), as well as in the implementation of strategic HR projects. 
  • You contribute your ideas and pursue your own projects.
What we require:
  • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
  • You have gained first experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and corresponding sourcing techniques.
  • You show a strong interest in people topics and have gained first experiences in the HR field (e.g., during a full time position). 
  • You demonstrate a quick comprehension and a reliable and precise way of working.  
  • You show excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • You possess precise and structured communication skills.  
  • You have a structured, proactive, and data-driven way of working, combined with a high level of self-motivation.
  • You have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion and confidentiality in the HR team.
  • You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality, combined with strong assertiveness and an interest in digitalisation.
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment.   
  • You speak fluently English and German.
