OMMAX assisted 3i Group plc. the a sale of nexeye to KKR. Headquartered in Gorinchem, the Netherlands, nexeye is a leading European omnichannel optical retailer, operating under the Hans Anders, eyes + more and Direkt Optik brands. Nexeye has positioned itself as a key player in the European optical retail market (+700 stores) with its omnichannel growth strategy, leveraging digital channels to generate online appointments and lead customers to the points of sale.

In preparation for the sale, OMMAX assisted 3i Group with a digital, tech and data vendor due diligence. The due diligence analyzed and showcased nexeye’s transformation of tech platform, maturity of digital marketing, and of end-to-end analytics. The assessment included modules such as digital strategy, digital customer demand, customer acquisition, website performance, store performance, CRM & marketing automation, digital KPIs, as well as technology, data & analytics, and organizational capabilities modules.

The completion of this transaction highlights OMMAX’s track record in shaping successful outcomes for leading companies in the retail industry.
