OMMAX supported Sunday Natural with an expansion strategy and subsequent creation of a commercial factbook to prepare the sale of the company.

Specifically, an extensive strategy project has been launched to increase the understanding of market dynamics and key players in several key geographies (14+), aimed at assessing internationalization and channel expansion opportunities. In combination with a digital and commercial competitive benchmarking analysis, OMMAX findings supported the company in deriving key implications on its go-to-market strategy, forming the basis of a commercial factbook for potential buyers.
