OMMAX advised LEA Partners on the acquisition of easybill, a leading SaaS invoicing tool provider in Germany, helping SMEs in e-commerce and other industries automate their invoicing process and ensure full regulatory compliance.

OMMAX conducted commercial and digital due diligence. This comprehensive analysis entailed an examination of easybill’s business model, its market dynamics and competitive landscape, and an evaluation of the company's digital capabilities. Additionally, detailed digital value creation potentials were assessed.

The company operates in a fragmented market driven by an increasing number of micro and small businesses.
