OMMAX advised Marondo Capital GmbH on the acquisition of SPH AG, a leading specialist in digitalization and ERP solutions for the fashion industry in Germany. Over the last years, SPHA AG grew consistently and profitably as it caters with its leading and holistic service offering (IN:OMNICHANNEL and IN:FASHION) to the MS Dynamics ERP solution within the fashion industry.

OMMAX advised Marondo with a commercial due diligence analyzing SPH’s business model, market dynamics, commercial performance benchmarked against key competitors as well as the business plan and further upside potential through value creation.
