OMMAX is proud to announce the partner appointment of London-based Sinan Erhan, representing OMMAX's fifth partner-level appointment of 2023. This appointment, which follows a raft of internal promotions earlier in the year, cements a period of sustained growth for OMMAX's business and shows a strong commitment to OMMAX's growing UK client base.

After graduating with an MBA from INSEAD, Sinan has successfully partnered with clients in their digital transformation journey over the last 10+ years. This experience combines his positions at the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, where he advised clients on digital value creation solutions across the healthcare, consumer, and retail industries, as well as a role as Vice President for o9 Solutions, the KKR and General Atlantic-backed AI-powered business planning platform.

Commenting on his appointment as Partner, Sinan commented: "I am extremely excited to be joining OMMAX’s London office. With Sinan joining and the promotions for Isabella Calderon Hoyos, Lisa Marsfeld, Max Kneissl, and Tatiana Griebel this brings the total number of partners to thirteen, closing out another strong year of growth for OMMAX.

Since its inception in 2011, OMMAX has supported over 500 international clients across more than 2,000 projects and achieved a net promoter score of 90. In 2022, the business reported 50% organic growth year on year, growing to over 300 strategy and digital experts, while maintaining an over 50% share of female employees. OMMAX has continued this momentum in 2023, achieving 2-digit organic growth, focusing on performance improvements for larger mid-sized companies across key business functions, using AI to achieve efficiency gains, as well as a strong emphasis on exit readiness program in Private Equity portfolio engagements.
