With the acquisition of the new team members, the unit headed by Stephan Enders, Vice President Experience Design, is relying on extensive experience in integrated strategies.
Christoph Tratberger brings valuable experience from more than 15 years of successful creative work for automotive and premium brands to his new role as Vice President Experience Design at OMMAX. He has worked in various leadership roles at agencies such as Leo Burnett, Scholz & Volkmer, keko and most recently kapacht. As Chief Creative Officer and Executive Creative Director, he was responsible for the conception and implementation of digital platforms, branded content and channel-agnostic campaigns for global clients such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. At OMMAX, Christoph continues to expand the Brand Strategy and Campaign Conception divisions.
With experienced experts like Christoph, Carina and Cezary, we have gained great leaders who can head our new subteams and nurture new talent. The expansion of the unit and new roles currently allows team members to specialize and develop very individually. Good mentors are critical to that.
Stephan Enders, Vice President Experience Design
Cezary Kasprzyk started as Vice President Experience Design at OMMAX in April and is responsible for UX/UI in this position. He joins OMMAX from SinnerSchrader (part of Accenture Interactive), where he served as Director Product Design UX/UI and Client Lead, advising clients including Telefonica and Generali. Previously, he was Creative Director at Plan.Net Group, which specializes in eCRM, personalization and automation.
Carina Oswald strengthens the unit as Director Experience Design. Previously, she was Creative Director at Merkle, where she led interdisciplinary teams on holistic, international projects for major clients in the health sector, among others. Carina brings extensive experience working in digital agencies, having spent more than ten years at SinnerSchrader (part of Accenture Interactive), Namics and Merkle. Her expertise includes leading teams as People Manager and Creative Lead for numerous clients and projects, including automotive, financial services, telecommunication and health. In her new role at OMMAX, Carina is responsible for design and creative excellence.
Since launching the Experience Design Unit a year and a half ago, it has grown from two founding members to a team of 30. "In job interviews, we always find that talents choose us primarily because of the special three-party constellation at our company, consisting of OMMAX, the company and private equity. This is because these three parties work together very closely and in an integrated manner, which leads to enormously successful results and value creation," says Stephan Enders.
