OMMAX Advised Gilde Buy Out Partners on Acquiring TonerPartner Group

#Digital Due Diligence
Printer

OMMAX acted as commercial advisor to funds advised by Gilde Buy Out Partners (“Gilde”), a leading mid-market private equity firm in the DACH region and the Benelux, on the successful acquisition of TonerPartner Group, one of Europe’s leading online retailers specialized in the marketing of ink, toner, and printer cartridges for a wide range of printers with business operations in 16 European countries. TonerPartner has a strong competitive positioning as a vertical specialist in Europe with strong performance marketing capabilities ensuring best-in-class digital visibility.

In preparation of the acquisition, OMMAX supported Gilde with a commercial due diligence in order to assess the relevant market, competitive landscape, customer segments, digital platform performance, IT infrastructure, business plan and growth potential.

We are highly satisfied with OMMAX’ work. They provided us with valuable insights which were an important factor in making our investment decision. We very much enjoyed working with the OMMAX team and look forward to further joint projects.
