About the New Partner Appointments
Isabella Calderon Hoyos joined OMMAX as Vice President of Strategy & Transactions in 2022, bringing 10 years of experience in commercial advisory from Roland Berger and PwC and with a great entrepreneurial spirit. Isabella leads commercial- and digital due diligence projects for mid- and large cap private equities primarily focused in the tech-enabled business services and education sectors.
Lisa Marsfeld began her career at OMMAX in 2015, joining as a Digital Consultant. Specialist and progressing to become VP of Digital Strategy in 2021. OMMAX’s first “homegrown” partner, Lisa primarily focuses on holistic, data-driven digital transformation and value creation projects. For the last 7 years Lisa successfully built up OMMAX’s extensive healthcare, e-commerce and automotive success cases for national and international clients and mid-size companies.

Tatiana Griebel joined OMMAX as Director Digital Strategy in 2021, having held senior management roles at Amazon and Monitor Deloitte in Germany and the US, bringing in 7 years of experience in strategy consulting and E-commerce. As part of her role, Tatiana builds up high performing digital sales organisations, leads digital strategy projects as well as the implementation of value creation programs in the B2B service industries and the B2C luxury and retail sectors, on national and global scale.
Max Kneissl, joined the business in 2021 as Director of Digital Strategy, bringing in strategy consulting experience from 6 years with BAIN & Company in financial services, industrial goods and telecoms, in both Germany and the Middle East. Leading transaction advisory and strategy development, Max primarily advises large and mid-cap private equity clients on commercial, digital due diligence, and digital exit readiness programs, covering consumer, retail and the tech sector.
